Thank you for shopping with LOVSYQ! We want your order to arrive safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Pre-Orders

Preorders will be shipped 3-6 months from ordering date for products labeled as “Pre Order.” You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options within the US:

Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery 5–8 business days
Express Shipping — Estimated delivery 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide, including across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. International orders are shipped via USPS, DHL Express, or FedEx depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

Asia-Pacific: 10–18 business days
Rest of World: 10–21 business days

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. LOVSYQ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears stuck in transit or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at lovsyq.shop@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
